Ingredients: Potato puree 80% (water, dehydrated potato flakes [potatoes, emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant sodium metabisulphite, natural flavourings]), potato starch 14%, wheat flour, rice flour, salt, natural flavourings, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
– Pour the potato gnocchi into a pot of salted boiling water: 5 litres of water per 500g gnocchi.
– Strain as soon as gnocchi is cooked and floated to top.
– Season with your favourite sance and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Delicious with a wide range of sauces like ragu or Pesto alla Genovese or with special a creative cheese based sauce, or simply with melted butter, sage, and Parmesan.
